Karmic Junction Story:
Over the past decade the founder of Karmic Junction, a qualified and experienced CHEF; Saurabh has been setting benchmarks in Vegetarian Cuisine. His work experience as Chef de Partie at the renowned Oberoi Group of Hotels in India gave him the expertise and creative ability to add a modern twist to the traditional Indian cuisine.
He has earned praise and many industry awards during his journey as a Chef. His keen interest to learn more about the various cuisines across the world brought him to Australia where he gained Australian qualification in Commercial Cookery from Swinburne University.
While learning and understanding how the food industry operated in Australia, Saurabh decided to switch his focus to catering service, sensing a huge demand for quality food. The desire and the love for food in his heart ignited the fire and KARMIC JUNCTION CATERING SERVICE took its first breath in September 2014. Since then Saurabh has been running a successful catering service company and is known by his clients for his attention to detail, efficient personal service and the exquisite presentation of food.
With bucket loads of experience, knowledge, skills and happy clients it was time for the next step, to start-up a take-away and dine-in restaurant. Karmic Junction invites all food lovers who enjoy mouth-watering Indian cuisine for lunch, dinner and street food all the way from the streets of India.
